Sir Grout was on time and informative for both; a video conference and the technician's visit to our home to do the work. Everyone was courteous and professional. We had a marble countertop polished and re-grouted. The workmanship was top-notch and was completed quickly. The area was cleaned well upon completion.

The grout in my condo shower on Siesta Key was black with mold. After trying to scrub and clean it myself, I called a few grout cleaning companies. I chose Sir Grout because of their customer-centered professionalism and was thrilled with their service. It took a whole day of cleaning and resealing, and they happily returned to do some touch-ups so that everything was perfect. Thrilled with the work from start to finish. PJ is a great employee for you, and made a very strong positive impression. Not only did he do a great job, but he was professional, courteous, and respectful, beginning with his prompt call at 8 am to let us know he was running a few minutes late due to traffic. (It is amazing to me how a small gesture like that can make such a difference.)

Our experience was excellent. Issac was professional and respectful. He is prompt and very hard-working. He took time to explain the products and was very helpful choosing colors for our grout.
