We recently visited a couple's home in Buckhead, Atlanta to perform a grout cleaning service for the property's flooring. The owners sought our help because they disliked the dull appearance the bathroom floors in their home had. After so many years of foot traffic, the surfaces deteriorated to the point where they appeared dirty no matter what cleaning methods the homeowners tried.


The owners had been hiring occasional floor stripping and waxing services as a maintenance plan for the tiled surfaces in their home, but the services weren't cutting it. Noticing that the dullness of the tiles and the dirty grout lines didn't go away, the homeowners decided to search online for Atlanta Grout Cleaning services. After most of the soil came loose, we used a high-speed scrubber to extract the remaining dirt from the tiles and grout lines. During this step of the process, we also removed the coats of wax that were previously applied. When we finished cleaning the master bathroom, we performed the same cleaning process on the other two bathrooms.

Once every surface was clean and dry, we scraped out the damaged caulk and inspected the floors for any signs of damaged grout. Luckily most of the grout on every surface we examined was in good shape, we only had to re-grout some spots on the master bathroom's floor. After performing the necessary repairs, we sealed the grout lines on every floor using our flagship sealant ColorSeal. This is an acrylic-based sealant that protects grout against water, stains, spills, mold, and mildew. It also comes in a variety of colors. The clients chose white to match the color of the tiles. To finish, we re-caulked the floor edges and areas where the toilets met the floors.
